COMMUNICATION ACTION PLAN
Our team developed a multi-year Communication Action Plan, ensuring a cohesive and integrated approach, that focused on building the target audiences and increasing awareness of the event. Working with the Festival’s Board of Directors, we determined goals and key messaging for the target audiences and outreach method as well as identified actionable communication tools and tactics catered to key audience groups with a timeline for implementation.

DIGITAL ADS
To increase festival attendance, we executed a digital advertising strategy using client-provided designs and a mix of media including search retargeting, display ads, Facebook and email marketing. Overall, the campaign performed very well with a 0.78% click thru rate. The Facebook campaign itself produced significant results — page likes were up 218%, post engagement increased 507% and reach increased 200%.
