Building on remarkable illustrations of the human brain, our team executed a visually impactful flyer to capture attention and engage readers while imparting important information to parents and youth on the impact of drug abuse on adolescent brain development.

MIND MATTERS BROCHURE & LOGO DESIGN
Working with NIDA, our team branded and designed “Mind Matters,” a nationally distributed publication tailored to middle school students. The series provides students an in-depth look at what marijuana, opioids and nicotine do to the body. Through custom illustration, we created a relevant and relatable piece for teachers to purchase and share with their classes on this important subject.

CRIMINAL JUSTICE WALLET CARD
Geared towards those currently coping with addiction, our team worked with NIDA to create a custom wallet card to keep on hand for quick reference. The card includes key information on relapse, important contacts and resources when in need of help, and a place to write relapse triggers.

DRUGGED DRIVING POSTERS
Highlighting the risks and impact of drugged driving, our team used photo manipulation and graphic design expertise to create custom posters. The poster series features images of a man and woman behind the wheel, with an illustrative overlay to give the illusion of a dangerous mental state as a result of the drugs featured on each poster.

SYNTHETIC CANNABINOID POSTER
Using custom illustration and typography, our team created posters that highlight effects synthetic cannabinoids has on the body. We facilitated a photoshoot to gather and manipulate images before incorporating key facts and figures about the dangers of synthetic cannabinoids.

In an effort to effectively explain the meaning of “comorbidity” and the way mental health and addiction often go hand in hand, our team of designers created a new infographic for NIDA. Using a tactile texture look for visual depth, the piece tells the story of those affected by comorbidity and treatment opportunities.

Following thorough research on the Monitoring the Future program, our team refreshed the existing infographic, emphasizing the national impact of teen drug use. The graphics feature newly released data on the prevalence of teens who use, and visually depicts each statistic in an appealing and easily digestible way.

In support of NIDA, our team helped to increase the shelf life of an existing product. Further extending the reach and impact of the Monitoring the Future information graphic, we brought the visual to life with custom animation to live on the organization’s website and YouTube channel.

Our team created a synthetic opioids infographic, providing an in-depth look at drug use in our country. The infographic uses custom icons and layout to highlight each step necessary to combat the opioid crisis.

Working with NIDA, we took an existing publication — NIDA’S Shatter the Myths reference tool, and brought it to life with custom animation. The video serves as an engaging educational tool to communicate myths associated with drug use and addiction in schools.

NIDA looked to our team to provide an overhaul of the organization’s existing Science of Addiction brochure. The design refresh offers consistency of visual elements and easy-to-read content for an overall cohesive and effective educational tool.

COLLEGE MONITORING THE FUTURE INFORMATION GRAPHIC
Each year, approximately 50,000 8th, 10th and 12th grade students participate in a survey by Monitoring the Future, an ongoing study of American youth’s behaviors, attitudes and values. Using the 2017 survey results, our team developed eye-catching infographics to illustrate the data gathered from college students about their alcohol and drug use.

BRAIN DEVELOPMENT VIDEO
Working with NIDA, our multimedia team produced a three-minute compelling video to educate teenagers about the effects of drug use on their brain development during formative years. Featuring dynamic on-screen visuals and voice-over from the target audience, the video is used as a teaching material and online resource for teens.
