Seeking to effectively engage with parents and guardians of current patients, our team distributed a survey to gather insights on how the audience prefers to receive information. As a result of the initial research, we generated a custom email newsletter, designed to distribute to Forest Hill Pediatrics families on a bi-monthly basis. The attention-grabbing newsletter provides timely practice updates and industry news to not only position the practice as experts in the field, but to keep parents informed and generate a community feel.
Forest Hill Pediatrics
Serving as an additional communications tool and touch point for families of Forest Hill Pediatrics (FHP) patients, our team generated a custom magnet and mailer to serve two key purposes. The magnet provides a reference guide for babysitters to use in emergency situations, while also keeping FHP top of mind. In addition, we designed an announcement mailer when the practice reached its goal of building the patient base to warrant the onboarding of a second doctor, remaining consistent with FHP branding and strategically targeting areas in which FHP’s newest doctor, Dr. Marianne Fridberg, already had a client base.
