EXECUTION GUIDE
We developed an execution guide complete with city-specific market research as well as overarching campaign goals and objectives to ensure consistency of messaging in reaching target audiences. The campaign guide provided actionable tools and tactics for changing public perception, attitude and behavior in regard to the heroin and opioid epidemic.
