Cobey's unique background in the nonprofit, government and business arenas affords her the experience in planning careful strategies and developing effective communication solutions for clients. Cobey's eight years of experience ensures client campaigns rise above the clutter and deliver strong branding, while reflecting overall strategic planning. Cobey values client relationships, providing a consistent flow of communication and making proactive recommendations, which is why she remains successful in leading the advertising, marketing and public relations efforts at A. Bright Idea.
Prior to joining A. Bright Idea, Cobey served as the news bureau editor at York College of Pennsylvania, a private, liberal arts college in Southcentral Pa., where she developed media campaigns and handled media placement. Cobey also worked for URS Coleman in support of the U.S. Army Non-Stockpile Chemical Materiel Program and served in the public affairs department at Glatfelter, a specialty paper manufacturer in York, Pa. Cobey holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in public relations from York College.
With a focus on family, Cobey enjoys spending time with her husband and three young children, cookouts by the pool and vacations to the beach. A few of Cobey's favorites, you'll never see her without – Starbucks, Vera Bradley and her iPhone.
